Have you ever felt like you’re living on autopilot? You wake up tired, push through your day running on caffeine and willpower, and fall asleep feeling like something is missing—but you can’t quite name it. That was me not long ago. As a coach, a business owner, and a human being who should’ve known better, I hit a wall that made me stop and ask:
“Is this what living is supposed to feel like?”
Spoiler alert: It’s not. And what came next changed everything.
The Reality of Modern Burnout
Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart. Sometimes it looks like holding it together a little too well—until you can’t anymore. I was juggling business deadlines, emotional fatigue, a lack of purpose, and a body that constantly felt wired and tired at the same time.
I see it in my clients too. We’ve been conditioned to normalize stress and dismiss the quiet signs of burnout:
Difficulty focusing
A constant sense of urgency
Emotional numbness or irritability
Physical symptoms like tension, fatigue, or digestive issues
It’s not just in your head. Burnout impacts your mind, body, and soul, and it’s time we stopped treating it like a badge of honor.
My Turning Point
One evening, I found myself staring blankly at my computer screen, heart racing, eyes welling up. I couldn’t even remember what I was supposed to be doing.
Something inside me whispered, “This isn’t it.”
And for the first time in months, I listened.
That moment became the start of something new. Not a big dramatic overhaul—but a gentle, intentional reset. I gave myself permission to stop. To breathe. To begin again. And that’s where my 28-Day Mind-Body-Soul Reset was born.

What happened? My body began to trust me again. And I felt it.

This part is the most magical. I reconnected to the things that spark joy in my soul: candles in the morning, tarot pulls, playlists that made me feel, and reconnecting to a sense of purpose beyond productivity.

It wasn’t about religion—it was about remembering I’m more than just a to-do list.

I made braver decisions in my business and relationships.
I laughed more. I cried when I needed to. I remembered who I was.
And no, I didn’t become a perfectly balanced human being. But I became present. And that’s everything.
